Zippy is Looking for a Room to Rent

I'm 28, expecting my first baby 12/27/25 I need a safe place for us to live. The dads living conditions are just unacceptable for a newborn. I'm a quiet person, don't have many friends but the dad would visit sometimes to see our daughter. I work full time at Hermitage Golf Course but am currently on leave for now. I make roughly $1600/mo ($800/bi weekly) I plan to work after 6 weeks of having my baby. I wouldn't ask for help with her as I am a previous licensed child care provider. So I'm familiar with caring for newborns. I am looking for a roomshare where my budget is roughly $400-$600/mo. I wouldn't mind long or short term. I don't mind smoking, I just don't smoke/drink myself. From time to time especially when I got back to working my full time job I wouldn't mind putting groceries on the table just as long as I can afford the room with additional costs that may or may not apply. I'm pretty quiet and keep to myself so I wouldn't always be in your bubble. I just need a safe home for my baby and I come January/February.... My low credit affects me getting a place of my own but I do have income from my current employer in Hermitage TN. I also would like to stay near the area but if an opportunity for me to move elsewhere occurs I'd be willing to find new work in whatever area suits you. I have a super luck finding immediate work and usually get hired on the spot with my given resume and references. I don't mind your age, identity, lifestyle just as long as my baby and I can stay in a room that's safe and healthy for us both.
