Grace is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

I'm moving to Dallas in the fall (date not yet confirmed) for my job, and I'm looking for a roommate + place to stay. I prefer somewhere safe since I'm a woman, someone who respects my space (I will of course do the same), and can communicate well and pay rent on time. I like to be active, so I'd be down to workout together. I have a cat who I will be bringing with me, so I am open to my roommate also having a pet as long as they take care of it. I have a boyfriend who would probably come over sometimes, and I'm ok with overnight guests sometimes as long as they respect our space and are not causing any issues.
