Shaun is Looking for a House to Rent

⏰ I am a super-easy housemate on an academic schedule! Busier during the school year, up late some nights with quiet admin work (sometimes gaming 😅 I keep the volume low though!). ⚡ I am clean, energy-efficient, safety-conscious, and will rinse out recyclable containers so they don’t smell before trash day. 🍪 I like to use the kitchen for baking and prepping plant-based ingredients like oat milk and cashew cheese to be cost-effective. 💪 I can scrub a tub, mow a lawn, replace a ceiling fan, and set up the modem/router among plenty of other maintenance, and am not afraid to annoy the landlord over bigger necessary fixes. 🏠 I strongly prefer a standalone house to an apartment; I have a bit of furniture (sofa, TV, tables, pans, appliances, etc) I can share. It would be ideal to find a place with an extra room (BR or otherwise) for a home office (shared is fine!). 💬🐶 I co-parent a greyhound bimonthly- he is my responsibility and I have no expectation for you to provide care, but there would need to be a few rules; such as keeping the front door closed, or snatchable food (especially toxics for dogs) off of reachable counters. He is also anxious at first around other dogs that are not greyhounds; if you have a greyhound, they should be fine but just in case (or if you have another kind of dog) we should meet-up a few times to see how our dogs behave together. ❌🐱 I love cats but sadly they will trigger my dog and set off my allergies. ✅ If you think this might work let’s chat! If not, no worries! Preferably a year to start, but if all goes well I would be into staying longer.
