Hi, my name is Stanley , and I’m currently entering my final year at Concordia University. I’m looking for a peaceful, respectful living environment where everyone can feel comfortable and at ease. I believe I’d make a great roommate for several reasons. First and foremost, I tend to stay to myself. I’m quiet, respectful of others’ space and privacy, and I keep common areas clean and organized. I’m not the type to host parties or bring in a lot of guests—I really value a calm and stress-free home, especially with the responsibilities I’m juggling. In addition to being a full-time student, I’ll also be working a job during the school year. That means I’ll have a structured schedule, and I’ll be focused on staying productive and responsible. I’m financially stable and always make rent and bills a top priority. As a senior at Concordia, I understand the importance of balancing work, school, and personal time. I’m mature, dependable, and easy to communicate with. I keep noise levels low, and I’m always open to setting shared expectations for household responsibilities. I also understand the value of mutual respect in a shared space. I’m mindful of cleaning up after myself, keeping common areas neat, and being considerate of quiet hours. I’m not a heavy cook, and when I do cook, I always clean up immediately afterward. Overall, I’m looking to live with people who are kind, respectful, and focused on their own goals—just like me.
