T is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

(Still setting this up. Currently unsure of when I’ll be able to move out of my current arrangement, so replies might be slow, sorry about that!) Fulltime college student. I do help out with my family’s business when unemployed but try to live frugally regardless of where/when I’m working. Regardless of employment status, I can guarantee family support for myself (individually) even when I’m in full-time student lock in mode. Can dIscuss max highest rent. Not looking to pay for inessentials like “streaming services” (i use alternatives to anything subscription based when i can, happy to help cut down on expenses by sharing!) but am fine helping out with internet and/or utilities as needed. I‘m a naturally “quiet“ person, I tend not to leave my room since I have a nice WFH/study set-up going, but if you‘re looking to be friendly and socialize I’ll match the energy! Huge fan of learning about other people’s hobbies and am happy to share any of mine. On the flipside, if you never want to talk or interact beyond rent, i can also happily live w/ that. Not religious/spiritual but will respect if you are, as long as you fully respect that I‘m uninterested in any form of “conversion”, “teaching”, and the like. I don‘t care if you smoke or what you do as long as i can go to sleep, get work done, and do what i gotta get done around the living areas. Just keep it all consensual, safe, and be smart. I really dislike unnecessary drama and I appreciate clear communication + honesty more than anything. I‘m an occasional smoker (clean, discreet, use a filter even outdoors) due to a wrist injury that never healed right but can swap to non-smoking alternatives or do w/e to accomodate your prefs. I don‘t use any nic products and rarely ever drink (would prefer not rooming w/ those who drink heavily/frequently for safety.) I bring my own furnature, kitchen/bathroom items, and tend not to use or even decorate/spread out into common areas. I always clean up after myself + try to contribute where I can. Some various  household repair skills and cleaning skills from a previous job as a general maintenance worker + past apartment/house experiences. General cooking experience but i also buy my own food and have a minifridge + microwave + utensils, so if you‘re territorial with the kitchen i can just chill in my zone indefinitely. Bunch of other random skills and hobbies that’ll probably pop-up. I have repair + moving contacts as well. I have no food allergies and but I do have a cat and dog dander/fur allergy so no “visits” from them please. If you have any allergies I‘m happy to work out safety measures, I can use an epipen on others if needed! If you have other medical needs (neurodivergent/disabled/etc.), we can also discuss accommodations + compatibility. I‘d like to meet a few times in person but I’m also fine with trial periods! “Other Other” = genderqueer/gq guy and aroace*. (Not nonbinary, but there is no “custom” input.) I only use he/him and masc language. I prefer to room with anyone also in the community who treats others with the respect they want to be treated with, regardless of identity/orientation or other factors (this is for safety reasons, again) *aromantic + asexual. if you’re hunting/chasing for a romantic or “physical” arrangement, or one with the possibility of both/either, don‘t contact me. I’m only looking for platonic, neutral, or otherwise professional living situations. also uninterested in living w/ couples due to similar experiences.
