Courtney is Looking for a House to Rent

I am a warm and caring human, who is currently just considering the idea of moving. My ideal living situation would be a place where I can enjoy my privacy, and live with another human who values open communication, basic respect, basic cleanliness, and kindness. I am a musician and an artist, and would love to be able to make music at an hour that would for whoever I live with. Because I eventually plan on streaming my music, good internet is a requirement for me. I would also love to move as many of my plant children with me as I can, so windows are a huge plus.
