John is Looking for a House to Rent

Hello, and thank you for your time. I'm currently in urgent need of housing, as I’m going through an eviction and must be moved out by Tuesday morning. I earn approximately $3,000 per month, which I can verify with paycheck stubs and bank statements. I don’t have the funds available for application fees, but I do have $1,000 ready now to put toward move-in costs. I'm also kindly requesting that the rent for July be prorated, since I’d be moving in with about 8-10 days remaining in the month. This would lower the immediate move-in cost, and I’d be able to pay any remaining balance—including full August rent—on my next payday, which is Friday, August 1st. Is that something you’d be willing to consider? It would truly mean the world to me, and I would be so grateful for your help and understanding during this difficult time.
