Paula is Looking for a Condo to Rent

Retired Professional female seeking laid back, drama free responsible individual/ individuals to split rent on an apt, condo or house. I prefer my own bed & bath, but with the right roommates I could share a bath. I have a male cat, part Siamese who is friendly. I am a private person & I keep to myself a lot, however, if you're interested in having potluck once a month, I'll join in. It's easier to cook for 2 than for one. I pay bills on time & am willing to do chores as necessary. I would expect the same from anyone cohabitating with me. I'd like a small yard or a patio. I like to keep things clean & organized. I'd hope that a potential roommate would feel the same. My preference is to share my space with someone who's emotionally stable with a steady income.
