56 yr old female remote worker looking to save on rent because living alone is getting to hard. I am talkative, friendly, and outgoing but I know how to read the room. If you like to be left alone that's fine too. I don't smoke or drink. I don't mind if you drink but I can't do cigarettes smokers. I'm drug and drama free. I know how to treat your place with respect and stay out of your business. I just need a year to get myself back on track financially. I do have a good credit score but apartments are too expensive in Chattanooga. I do need EPB. A furnished room would be great but if not I can bring my own bed and desk. I don't need much. Thank you.
