James is Looking for a House to Rent

I can cook. Im not a messy person, and I don't mind helping clean. I work 6 days a week, and eat most of my meals at work, since im a waiter in a Mexican restaraunt. I do have children , but they are grown and living their own lives. At most, they will come and visit for a few hours, then be gone. Myself, Im a pretty easy going person, that tries not to create drama. I don't care much for drama, anyway. I do drink beer, but not to an excess. Maybe a six-pac, but usually less. I can hang out, and be good company, but Im just as comfortable chilling by myself, playing on my phone, or watching a show or movie. I do like watching some football, or Nascar, or even an MMA fight or 2, but I can also respect others, if they aren't into those things. All in all, I would be a good fit with just about anyone, as long as they don't party too hard, or too loud. Ill be looking forward to meeting you, and getting to know you as a friend, as well as roommate.
