I generally keep to myself so no issues about being obnoxious or loud. I clean up after myself fairly often, biweekly at worst, and I can handle people pets pretty decently. I don't have much issue with anything other than smoking inside the apartment(specifically anywhere that is communal space).

I dont take alot of space, just need a bed. Im not messy, I Always clean up after myself and im willing to put the work in (doing chores, shopping ect if needed). I do work online so dont expect me to be in and out of the house/apartment too much. I dont call people alot so im not loud either.
