I'm always busy working and studying for my classes and out and about with friends so over all a laid back renter or room mate

I plan on living with my fiancé, we are both young adults. We work most of the day so we won't be around very much. We are willing to compromise a reasonable rent for two people. I enjoy cooking so kitchen access would be awesome. I have no credit/FICO score. I can get a cosigner.

I'm to move in and stay there for 6 or possibly more months. Have to move for work, so I'm looking for a place to stay at.
