I'm very easy going level-headed I can cook I clean up after myself very well I'm a master of all trades Jack of none so any home repairs that need to be done I can do any auto repairs need to be done I can do lawn equipment repair anything needs prepared I'm your Man. I honestly don't care what you do as long as it doesn't affect your ability to pay your portion of rent or mortgage whatever it is. And if your drinker or party or or anything like that more power to you just don't be an angry drinker wanting to fight or anything like that I'm 43 years old and two this day I've never dialed 911 never dialed the police station never called the police ever called anything to do with law enforcement or emergency services and I never will and would prefer the same respect and return. I don't get drunk sorry no worries about no drunken fights or drunken parties keeping anybody up at night. Really and truly I don't fight and argue with anybody not even with my girlfriend which will never be around cuz she lives 5 hours away taking care of her dad so in a pretty much just be me I won't be having a bunch of visitors in or out. I don't have a bunch of junk to move in pretty much everything I own fits in my truck. I just can't afford to stay in this hotel anymore I've been here for since August beginning of August and it's $400 a week to stay here and that is killing me and has pretty much eaten away everything that I had saved but I can make it all back quickly as long as I'm not spending $1,600 a month to stay in a hotel in a bedroom basically. Anyways I'm a nice guy I keep to my own mind my own business and just need a place. I do have kids one is 14 one is 18 the 14 year old I get each summer for 4 weeks and he pretty much the glue to me the whole time he's there so he won't be a bother the 18 year old she is doing her own thing might visit every once in a while but doubtful ever overnight. If you have kids preferably it's not full time
