My partner (35, male) and I are looking to either have one or two potential housemates move into our 3 bed/1 bath apartment or to find a new shared home that allows us to bring our cat. It is unknown at this time when our current housemates will be moving, but it is expected to be within the next 3 months. It is our strong preference to remain in Columbia, as my partner walks to his job in town. I am on disability, providing a steady, stable income. We are prioritizing potential housemates with the flexibility to work with us as our current housemates transition out of the apartment. Rent would be $728.50; electricity and internet bills separate. Should we choose to move, our absolute maximum rent budget is $1,000 if we remain in Columbia. If moving elsewhere within Lancaster County, our maximum rent budget is $850. Please, no dogs. Up to 2 additional cats may be considered. 420-friendly, but ALL smoking of any kind must remain outside. We are a queer couple open to housemates of any gender identity or sexual orientation.
