I live in the centre of Port Moody. I am near the ocean, trails, parks, restaurants, grocery stores, activities and transit.

Our home is a detached home with 3 floors, 7 bedrooms, 2 shared bathrooms, and 1 private bathroom. We are 1 minute's walk to the nearest school and restaurant and about an 8-minute bus ride to the mall. We love watching movies, staying outdoors ( if the weather permit), and exploring the city or town. My husband loves to play basketball and take photos. I and my kids love to cook and bake and my mom in law loves to cook.

Our family of four consisting of a son 25 year old and a daughter 22 year old, both university students, welcome students to our home. We are very active, outgoing, clean, friendly and happy family who are excited to meet new people from different cultures and languages. Our home is located in a prominent upscale area surrounded by nature and mountains, and is easily accessible by transit buses, close to the downtown Vancouver. There is no time limit to use the bathroom We are family of 4, Me, my husband, my son 25 and my daughter 22. You will be sharing the bathroom with my daughter. Me and my husband have our own bathroom. My son has his own bathroom. The house is located at very nice area with surrounding natures. The bus station is 7 minutes walking to the house. By Bus you can go anywhere to downtown and shopping malls which are about 30 minutes ride by bus. We prefer students be home by Midnight so everyone can rest comfortably. No Friend’s in our house. There is no set time for meal, however we always try to eat at dinner time together as family. You can use washer machine one time a week and it includes in your payment. you clean and dry all your dishes used and put them back because we are very clean people. Utilities are included. Extending the Stay is possible. Deposit required prior to arrival. Notes: * We request all guests to send us a criminal record check after confirming the booking online before the check-in date. Can only accept females/girls and will NOT mix genders. All rooms heated Breakfast, (Cereal, toast, eggs, porridge ,milk provided). Dinner is provided Many of the student attend schools downtown. Around 30 minute commute to downtown Vancouver.by transit. Bus stop is close by 7 minutes walking. No Smokers or Alcohol drinking students are allowed.

I am renting one of the two bedrooms in my apartment. This room is fully furnished with an ensuite bathroom. Unit is at floor 18th with a great view to surrounding area. You can use the kitchen and common dining and living space with a TV and sofa. There is gym and billiard table also available in the building and I would be happy to spend time with my guests. We are a family of four (mom, dad and two young daughters), who love hosting barbecues, playing in the backyard and learning about different cultures. We are Filipino but have lived in Canada our whole lives, so while we understand Tagalog our first language is English. We currently have two female home stay students from Korea who have been with us for a year. We are located in the Burnaby area - less than a minute walk to the bus stop or 15 minute walk to the skytrain. Downtown Vancouver is about a 20 minute skytrain ride away. We have a library, community center with public pool, grocery shopping complex, many restaurants, banks and shops all within 5-10 min. walking distance. We have a room available on Dec 1, 2023.
