Landlord is very responsive and usually solves repairs within 48 hours.
No central AC but a window AC unit is provided.
The smallest third bedroom being used for an office on WFH days, can potentially make into a shared office.
Library, coffee shop, brewery, park, Mexican restaurant and Icy Cup all are within 10 min walking distance. Also very close to downtown Saint Paul.
