Find Roommates & Rooms for Rent in Stanwood, WA

I'm new To this Side of the state. I got a good Job Doing Refrigeration For a Fast Growing company and I have plans of staying with this company for long term. So im looking for a roommate for a year or two till I purchase a house of my own. it's just me im 41 and pretty much need a room to sleep and shower. I work long hours.

I can clean after myself, I'll only interact/socialize if the other person wishes, and I am willing to cook/bake for the household if my schedule allows

Quiet as a moue. Easy to get along with. Respect boundaries. NO criminal record. Generous to the right people. I love it clean.

Easy going clean quite very respectful work out of town in mid 30s don't shit where you eat clean after yourself. Respect others space do fair share of house hold tasks always pay bills I'm time no pets not dating so it's just me and myself and I'm always away for work

I'd make a great roomate because I am clean and very organized and respectful of space and boundaries. I am shy at first and quiet mostly but will warm up eventually don't like things to be awkward. I like to have fun to but not partying I'm more of a person who just likes to dance and listen to music as fun in my freetime.

I don't have a dog I'm just saying I might get one if possible. Perfect open minded people for room mates single female preferred

I'm an Aquarius! 😜 I am a VERY Clean, Outgoing, Friendly/ Social Big Beautiful Ful-Figured Woman!! 😉 And do my best to be positive EVERYDAY! Because Life is WAAYYY too short! Too many people these days are WAY TOO Serious ALL the time!!:( Don't get me wrong, there are most definitely times in life that call for being serious. But the majority of the time, people seriously need to just Relax/ Chill. 🙂 I am clean and organized. Honestly, to a fault at times. 😝 Laundry by far has to be my favorite cleaning/ Organizing thing to do. Literally from the start of separating the clothes, to adding all the smell goods! ALL the way to the very end of folding and putting them away! (Yes, I know, I'm a weird one! 🤪 lol but in a good way though of course!) Anyhow, I also like to have my quiet alone time. AKA when I like to listen to music, and let my "Artsy-Fartsy" side come out. Drawing, Writing, Coloring, Painting, and even Bedazzling/ Decorating everyday items to make them Unique and my own. Putting my own twist on Everything! Hmmm... Let's see, what else to tell about myself? I don't want to forget anything, because I would rather put it all out on the table now so there's no surprises lol. And you can have a pretty good idea of what kind of person I am now, before I move in. 😝 I LOVE all animals! I'm like the "Community Pet-Nanny" in my groups of friends because I'm always going out of my way to check on/ take care of everyone elses pets. (Even though I do have a beautiful female cat of my own 😼 And she is a handful, that is way too smart for her own good! And is constantly keeping me on my toes and pushing my buttons to see how much she can get away with! 😸 But I LOVE her so much!! 🖤) I'm an "Undercover Nerd" I graduated Highschool with a 3.95. Because I Love learning! And that's why I'm planning on going back to school in the fall. Because I truly miss it! At the moment, I am "Self-Employed" Basically means that I do odd jobs that are listed on Craigslist and Marketplace. Which mainly includes Cleaning, Organizing, and some Yard work jobs. But I'm starting to try more difficult jobs, and trying to learn how to do a bigger variety of jobs as well. Because eventually one day hopefully sooner than later, I would like to be a "Handy-Woman" lol 👩💪 Is the easiest way to describe it. At least until I get back into school and Finally get my career started. I have a few different career ideas in mind right now, but not one hundred percent settled onto just one yet. 😁

I’m a clean, respectful, and easygoing roommate. I work as a bookkeeper and keep a consistent routine during the week. I’m tidy in shared spaces (kitchen/bathroom), clean up after myself right away, and I’m considerate about noise. I don’t smoke, I don’t have pets or kids, and I’m looking for a female-only home with a calm, friendly vibe. I’m reliable with rent and I communicate clearly if anything comes up
