Hi, I’m looking to find a roommate to fill a private room in a 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom house in the heart of Quadra Village, about a two-minute walk to the Fairway Market and the 4 and 6 bus stops. The kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, front yard, laundry room, attic storage space, and home gym are shared spaces you’d have full access to. Rent includes all utitlities except for internet, which I currently pay $108/month for.
The bedroom also comes with a den that you could dedicate to whatever you’d like. Do you want an in-home office? A guest room? A hobby room? You decide! I’ve dedicated the other den to an in-home gym you’d be welcome to use, and would ideally like to share access to whatever you’d like to use the other den for, but if you’d like total private access to the den for your exclusive use that can be negotiated as well.
A lot of the house is already furnished, but if you’d like to bring your own stuff for the common areas I’m happy to be flexible. Also, the house has a ~200 sq foot attic that’s sitting almost entirely empty right now, and you’d have full access to that storage.
