I live on a tree lined street in a culturally and ethnically diverse neighbourhood in The Clasons' Point area of The Bronx, New York. I am also located a short distance from The Bronx Zoo, Yankee Stadium, Bay Plaza Shopping Mall, Bronx Museum of The Arts, The Cloisters, The Bronx Botanical Gardens and City Island.
All potential guests are required to introduce themselves. You are also asked to download a copy of your government identification at the time your reservation is confirmed or a copy will be made at the time you check in.
New York Waterways Ferry Service is now available for $4.10 per person from Clasons Point / Soundview Station just a 5 minute walk from my home and 25 minutes gets you to midtown
Manhattan.
The closest train to my location is #6 Lexington line you have two stations Bx39 to Parkchester Station or the Bx27 to Morrison Avenue / Soundview Station.
There is a third option the Bx27 from my home to the last stop Westchester Avenue & Southern Blvd walk 200 yards a 3 minute walk to Simpson Street Station here you have #2 train on the 7th Avenue line or the #5 express train on The Lexington line.
There is another option Bx39 local bus runs on White Plains Road from my home to Bruckner Blvd and there's an express bus BxM8 that takes you with limited stops to Manhattan City Center with stops on 5th Avenue. To return to my home using this mode of transportation you would get the bus back to the Bronx on Madison Avenue as 5th Avenue is a one way street.
