About the rooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom on the second floor with walk through wardrobe to an ensuite bathroom/ shower. This room also has a full side sliding door to a covered balcony so gets great light.
Bedroom 2: A good sized double bedroom on the second floor. (We currently have a queen bed in there so can be semi furnished if needed). Gets great sunlight with massive window and double size wardrobe. This room also gets full use of the main bathroom as the other rooms have ensuites.
The flat is a new build three story 4 bed townhouse. We are the first people to live in it so everything is clean and new!! North facing with a small deck that gets lots the sun. Lovely area, close to Te Atatu Pen shops, walking distance to supermarket, 15-20 min to cbd (with no traffic). Close to Waitakere Rangers for amazing hike
About us:
Me Rory (27) works in the fitness industry as a supervisor & personal trainer. Jasmine (26) was a consultant with the ability to wfh so have an office downstairs but will be off travelling for the next 3 months. Last but not least our cat called Neeko
We have a social flat, we enjoy hanging out, watching tv together, occasional games night, having people over for drinks and dinners but respect each others privacy. Keen to find like minded people to join us.
Rent for room 1 is $300 for single, $350 for a couple. Bedroom 2 is $230 per week and expenses are $25
