This is a chill, no drama all Female, shared household. I do own this house & enjoy sharing it with a mix of Female students & working professionals. Although we are housemates, we share a community within the house & I make this the "home away from home" for everyone. This room rents for $850 per month plus $50 towards utilities plus $30 towards wifi. We share dinners, BBQ`S, have movie & pizza nights ect. And still recognize everyone has their own schedules as well. Although everyone is independant, we enjoy the family atmosphere here as well.
