We are a good group of people, we share the house respectfully, everyone is out going but will give anyone who moves in space. We normally go to be early, night time is quiet time or be respectful about noise.

You get the master bedroom with a large bathroom. I just ask you to help me clean the place up some. It's not a pig sti but it's not spotless. I have a Husky and a Wolf that shed and they full run of the house and back yard. Both are very sweet and lovable. (Dumb Dumb is Male Husky and Beauty is Female Wolf. Wolf usually sleeps with me.) I can lower rent to offset helping me clean up. Again it's just dirt & hair for the most part making it messy.

Myself and one other are renting here and I have an additional room for rent. It is a shared bathroom but we have an additional restroom downstairs. Let me know if you have any other questions.
