Grate person, traveling for business. Some time change location for my rules

I am the property manager at 818, myself & my husband have lived here for a lil over a year. My husband works for the home owners plumbing company. The house is 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (bathroom is private & located in bedroom), there is a built-in closet, there is a bed, vanity table & mini fridge in the bedroom. The kitchen (2 lrg refrigerators) & laundry room (washer & dryer) are communal. There is a large backyard. There is also an attic if you need a lil extra space for storage. There is plenty of parking in driveway or outback. You're responsible for getting your trash out & keeping your room(s) clean. Everyone keeps to themselves & is considerate of others. DO NOT TAKE FOOD/DRINKS FROM COMMUNAL REFRIGERATORS THAT ARE NOT YOURS. BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS LAUNDRY. Also, my 16 year old daughter comes to stay in my room occasionally, please be extra respectful during these times.
