The house is quiet. My wife and I have the master bedroom and there are 3 other rooms. There are two other tenants. My wife is a 911 dispatch supervisor, I'm a natural gas pipeline inspector, there is an electrician and a union pipe fitter. Very easy going peaceful house. Safe neighborhood close to the freeway, shopping, restaurants and employment opportunities. 2 1/2 acres of horse/agricultural property near the air force base.
