I’m currently in Canada on a Working Holiday visa since October and planning to stay for another year. I’m looking for a clean and comfortable place with friendly housemates, preferably with easy access to downtown as I work full-time as a barista there. Our cozy apartment is in North Vancouver, surrounded by fresh air, trees, and many hiking trails. It is close to Northwoods Village with coffee shops, delicious food, a grocery store, and so much more. Downtown Vancouver or Burnaby are only a 15‑minute drive away, and Capilano University is easy to reach by bus or walking. We live with a sweet cat and her two playful kittens, so this home is perfect for cat lovers. The living room is also set up as a yoga studio for stretching or exercise. We are two girls and we love to host, as well we respect personal space.

Roxy & I are 'empty-nesters,' both working full time. The homestay room has a separate entrance with a skylight. Our beautiful kitchen is shared by the two of us and our homestay guest. There is a lot of space in both the front and backyards.

Our family lives in a two level house, 6 yrs. old house with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We are only husband and wife and our renter living in this house. We have two sons but are grown up and will come only for visits ocassionally. We have two kitchen, one is called spicy kitchen. We have two dining areas, a living room and a family room. We have a backyard with a vegetable garden and some fruit trees We can have barbecue parties in the summer time. Our house is located in a very quiet cul de sac area and just 5 minutes walk to the bus station and to the Mall, secondary school and the church. We don't have any pets. I love cooking and baking so you can enjoy some tasty treats from time to time. Last but not the least, we have plenty of hospitality to share with you!
