The building has a pool, a jacuzzi, a full fitness centre (which is 24/7) Parking as well as a business centre. The apartment has washer dryer in unit. It is located just on the cusp of downtown LA, with easy accesses to the freeways, and walking distance to bars restaurants and shopping in downtown! You’ll love my place because of the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Your home away from home is in Los Angeles California in a quiet and safe area called Silver Lake located between downtown LA and Hollywood. Come stay with us for a few days and then you may decide to extend your stay with us, most people tell us that they don't want to leave our place, they get very comfortable with us. My family and I have live in the Silver Lake area for the past 30 years and 26 residing in this house. Family members are my husband Ricardo "Ricky Rock" musician, my son Riccardo who is a professional film camera operator, my daughter Marcy who is attending music school, my children and husband are music talented. Your bedroom has a full size real and comfortable bed, with it private restroom, private entrance, a small fridge, air conditioning, clean sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner and all the essentials. The house has a big front yard with all kinds of trees and flowers. We have 1 dog "Rain" a sweet mix Greyhound/Doberman. Sorry but we don't accept pets as guest. If you have a service dog be aware that our dog is territorial with other animals but loves people. This is a musical talented family, and we have all kinds of instruments, guitars and guitar bass (more than all my fingers), drum sets, violin, piano, and keyboards, most of them are in the back of the home recording studio which is sound proof. We all speak English, Spanish and dad also speaks Italian. As a family we have traveled to many exciting countries in America, Europe and Asia. We love to meet people from all over the world and show them our beautiful city. We will make it easy and safe on you, we will pick you up from the airport/bus/train station for a $60 fee. PAYMENT: must pre-pay at least a week prior to your arrival to secure your reservation. I will send you a payment request via Venmo, CashApp, Zelle or PayPal. You may also pay cash at first day of arrival but you need to ASSURE me that you are showing up. PARKING: free street parking only, it’s LA you know parking is premium.

We have a 5-bedroom Mediterranean style home in a quiet, safe suburban area. It is about a 5 minute drive to Pasadena (PCC, Caltech) and about a 20 minute drive to downtown Los Angeles. At our home, you would have full kitchen access, access to shared living spaces (previous students have liked studying in our dining room :) ), air conditioning, heat, a TV, free street parking 24/7, and wi-fi access. We have two adjacent rooms available that share a restroom. The restroom has a shared sink and a separate room for the toilet/shower for privacy and convenience. I am home often and will be available for any questions. Our home is quiet and would be great for students who need to study. Please, no pets and no smoking.

Shopping malls and parks are nearby . Host has own separate area with separate entry and exit , bathroom and kitchen. You will have complete privacy if renting the two rooms and need the whole house. The rate for both rooms is for 2 (two) guests however each room can accommodate 3 (three) guests at an additional charge of $20. per night per guest . If you wish to just rent one room that it also available but you will be sharing the home with the host when the host is home. You will still have your own unshared bathroom.

I am retired. I own a 3bedroom, 2 bath, 1200 square foot home in Lakewood, CA. I live there with my 2 rescue dogs and also occasionally foster for some of the local rescues. I don't drink, smoke or party. Occasionally I entertain and have friends over for dinner or a bbq. My room is on the opposite part of the house from the room that is available, so there is alot of privacy for both parties. In addition to the newly furnished room with tv and patio access that is available, there is a remodeled private bathroom. There is also a microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee machine and refrigerator for the guests use only. The front and backyard, patio area, bbq and laundry room are the only shared spaces. There's street parking available except on Wednesday mornings from 8:00 until noon when the street sweeper comes.. There is a 10 speed bicycle with a basket or a beach cruiser with a basket, available for guests at an additional charge of $2 per day or $50 per month.

Charming Cape Cod style home near downtown Los Angeles. We live in a 3 bedroom house and 1 1/2 bathroom on the north east side of Los Angeles. Our home is centrally located, only 10 minutes drive from Pasadena, downtown Los Angeles and San Marino. We have a medium size kitchen and a separate dining room next to the kitchen. There is a living room and a family room. We have a large backyard and a small front yard. The backyard is quiet enough for doing some serious studying but also has some wild life visitors. One may observe Monarch butterflies, humming birds, hawks, and all sorts of sparrows either feeding or bathing. There is plenty of space for studying of sunbathing in the backyard in total privacy! There is also a gas barbecue.

It is walking distance from several food markets, restaurants, liquor stores, etc.. Most people tell us that they don't want to leave our place for they get very comfortable in our home.
