As a roommate I think that I've got great qualities because I'm easy going and a good listener and I pretty much keep a tidy house. I rented this older 3 bedroom house 2 bath house 3mos ago, all rooms are small; there is a side, front, & back yard & has rv parking in back. It's a quiet neighborhood, I have 2 small loud dogs for now, 2 fish tanks, a tortoise and some cats. I work part time or full time out of the house, I prefer a roommate who does also. House has cold a/c & off street parking. The bedroom can be partly furnished or unfurnished. The washer & dryer are in the garage, there is off street parking. There are barbeques to use, you supply your briquettes, I am not a maid so you clean up areas you use.
