I'm not a big social media person, so that's the reason I didn't list those. Really the only form of socal media I use is the mesaging app that lets me talk to my friends in far away places. I love to read and write, and I am very very big on clear communication. I don't understand passive agressive hints, so coming up to me and telling me there's a problem is AMAZING and will help so so much with happy living. I am not a drama lama. I'm looking for somewhere realativley chill. I can get loud playing games rarely, so I do come with soundproofing foam just in case. I hate being a bother to people. My cat is a lovely prince. He will most likely seek out the friendship of a potential roommate. He can and has done really well with other pets in the past. It does take some adjusting for him and he's very much a hypocrite about it. If you have a male cat, he'll want to be so so cool for his new friend. If you have a female cat, I am so sorry for my son's behavor the silly feline. He will stare and follow her everywhere and I've tried to tell him it's rude but it hasn't helped XD. (He is fixed.) Dogs are the ones where he suddenly understands a need for space. I have some bad experience in the past with roomates letting friends come by and stay for an undetermined period of time without letting me know ahead of time, so while I don't think it would be necessary to let eachother know ahead of time each time we wanted to bring someone over (unless one of us wanted that of course) I think a maximum amount of time loved ones can stay over would be a good idea. I do like to keep things clean but occasonally I can fall into a pattern of avoidance and then I have a lot to catch up on. I don't like doing this and so if I do after a bit I'll go into a cleaning tizzy. I do make mistakes. Everyone does. And I have some diagnosed memory issues that may be a challenge, but I'm very good at owning up to my mistakes and taking responsibility for them. 420 Friendly. I have a Medical Card.

My fiance and I have been together 5 years now and we are looking for a place we can enjoy together in peace and quiet. I love to relax and read a book at night when im settling in for the night. I am a people person so I like hearing other people's experience strengths and hope. I believe people can become the best version of themselves in life with a little bit of faith and love.

I have a dog but he doesn't get along w other dogs due to a traumatic past experience .... So it's best no other dogs stay in the house

Hi, I go by Ilz. I’m looking for a simple room to rent that is pet friendly. I live in a toxic household and have Lupus, but am fully capable to get my own job, food, etc. I simply need an affordable room to rent so I can get a stable job, take care of myself and my dog, and fill my rental obligations. It’s understandable to be skeptical of a teenager fulfilling all those obligations, but I’ve had multiple jobs since 15, I’m mostly a homebody and I like simple quiet space.
