Our home is at four level back split and the renter will have two rooms, one sitting room and one bedroom. Two piece bath on the same floor, shower shared with one other person. My husband (a worship leader) and myself live here, we are both semi retired Buses are two blocks away, a large shopping mall is about a 20 minute walk. The Brantford campuses of Wilfred Laurier University and Waterloo university are about a 15 minute drive. We live in a quiet neighbourhood and have a swimming pool in the backyard.
