Pets allowed and smoking is allowed outside the apartment only. It is within walking distance of transit, bus stops, restaurants, cafes, malls, grocery stores, and many more amenities. I think the biggest advantage would be the transit close by, especially for commuters and it is also in the heart of Downtown making the place highly accessible to many amenities and nightlife.
