I'm hoping to stay within 10 minutes of the McKennan Hospital (Flexible) and I cannot go higher than $700 (my half of the rent - preferably less) on rent per month. I am a laid back individual, tend to keep to myself, my current focus mainly being work and I am looking for someone who can respect that. Hey! I have two loving dogs. This townhome has 2 beds and 2 baths. The basement is huge and has a bedroom and bathroom but no fire escape but theres 2 beds on top floor as well. So much storage and space. I have a squat rack I can put in one of the basement rooms . Maybe get a treadmill. Youd need to apply with the property manager its $50 app fee.
