Im 44 yes old. I work with disabled adults and do cleaning on the side. Me and my wife are separated for the time being and have 3 boys ages 26 19 13. Tho they may come once in a while. I work on average 150 hours every 2 weeks I'm hardly home. Quiet and mind my business. Im handy with tools and looking to just clear my mind

I clean a lot and I make sure there is food on the table I am on disability but I am looking for a job so I can bring in extra money I am mostly looking for someone who needs a place that I can share my home with and by doing that you will be on the lease. I pay for the water and the rent so all I’m asking for is 400 for other bills and help with food

I guess what would make me a good roommate is the fact that I work over night. So I'd be at work Monday through Friday from 11pm to 7:30 am. So most days I'll be sleeping and watching anime in my free time. I also know my way around the kitchen so that's and added bonus as well. Big on cleanliness and hygiene that should go without saying but here we are. I usually keep to myself but I'm also chatty when I come out of my shell.
