I am the owner of the condo, but I do not live there. Currently, two male tenants reside in the unit: one is a student, and the other is employed. The unit is very quiet and clean, and a cleaner comes in twice a month. Since I live overseas, I only visit the apartment once a year. The building offers excellent amenities and security.

I work hard to communicate with my roommates to keep things running smoothly. I can cover up to $1000 a month, at least until I can get a part-time job, then I can cover more if necessary. I would like to start streaming from home again, and it would be great to have a place that has thick enough walls to make that a possibility. I can cook (I’ve been told I’m good at it), and I’d gladly cook for the household, at least sometimes.
