Includes all utilities heat, power, water, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, a separate fridge to put your own food in, a dedicated parking spot, living room- desk space and use of the gym here but you have to follow the gym rules..
Laundry - You can either use and pay for the convenient right-to-the-door pickup and drop-off laundry service (which includes washing, drying and folding your clothes). They also have drycleaning and sewing services available. Or choose to use a laundromat 15 mins. away.
Full kitchen access (responsible for own food, cooking and cleanup).
Keep room tidy.
Condo Rules - Quiet Time from 9 pm daily. Condo Rules don't allow smoking in units, common areas or on the property outside anywheres including vapor, cigarettes, cigars or use of any recreational drugs or smoking.
Pets - I am severely allergic to pets. So no pets allowed in my unit.
No outside guests or friends allowed inside the condo without owner's permission. No overnight people allowed.
This is a quiet, private study and rest sanctuary.

I do have a handyman in to do work on my home off and on. I also have a home-care nurse that comes in to check up on me off and on and to do some job tasks for me

Move-in is now available for Nov. 1/26. Some work and changes being done were delayed cause of the long Thanksgiving weekend. So I had to move up the date when the room will be available for move-in.
(Late Rents are not tolerated. Rent due on 1st day of every month.) Security Deposit and 1st month's rent due before moving in.
