We are a family of 5, with 3 children ages 12, 10 and 8. We have one small dog and 2 Siamese cats. We all live and work within the neighbourhood and try to live a healthy and active life. Our house is a modern 2 storey build, 4000 square feet with a large 16'x32' swimming pool that backs on to a park, it is walking distance to a bakery and grocery store and many parks, including one directly behind us which has tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball diamond, splash pad, pond and playground.

We live in front of Lake Cayamant in the Gatineau Valley, close to Ottawa. If you love doing Outdoor's activities, you would love this area. We have 5 beautifuls condos of 2 bedrooms each. Outside you have access to the land, dock, small boats, beach, hot tub, firepit, BBQ etc....

Old roommate is moving out, looking to fill the second room. It's one floor raised bungalow (basement is also rented to another couple, their very friendly and great). We have a huge kitchen and two separate living rooms, and a balcony off the end of the house. I have a cat and caged animals so both are also welcome, however my cat gets very anxious around dogs.
