Our non smoking quiet home (occupied by myself and my husband Paul) in the South Dublin suburb of Rathfarnham Dublin 16 is a very comfortable, quiet place to stay and is in a lovely safe neighbourhood. We extend a warm welcome to our guests and offer a bright spacious relaxing double bedroom with a private bathroom . We like to think of this beautiful space as being your own tranquil space to relax, unwind and plan your day. The room to rent is very relaxing and quiet. It has a new double bed, desk, chair, desk lamp, built in double wardrobes and plenty of storage space. Two sets of bedding and two sets of towels will be provided, You are responsible for changing your bedding and washing the bedding and towels A modern kitchen contains all conveniences Bus routes 74, 161 and 15D are a 3 minute//900 meters walk from the house. The S8 bus route is a 8 minute walk from the house. The 16 bus route is a 12 minute walk from the house and goes to the city centre, TCD and Dublin Airport. UCD can also be accessed by a number of bus routes including route 74 later changing on to route S6 or alternatively walking 8 minutes/900 meters to a bus stop for S8 and later changing on to route 46A. Bus route 74 takes approximately 18 minutes to travel from the neighbourhood to the Luas/tram/light rail Green line in Dundrum. The Luas takes approximately 20 minutes to travel from Dundrum to College Green beside TCD A local shop/pharmacy/post office is 600 meters from our home Utility bills (electricity, gas, wi-fi) are included in the rent as long as usage is not excessive. We would prefer if you did not use our wi-fi to download movies or use the wi-fi for online gaming A refundable deposit is required in advance of your arrival. I would like to meet new people.During your stay ,we will be two persons in the apartment.You will have a quiet big private room in the apartment(around 14 square meter) and a table with a chair, kettle and toaster inside your room.The bathroom is not private and you have to share it with me.

Hi I’m Una. I live here with my 2 Cats. I work based from home and also travel for work. This is a nicely presented terrace house in a quiet location. The room available , is bright & spacious with blackout blinds and is tastefully decorated with a comfy bed with new mattress & bedding . The bathroom is shared and is clean, compact with a WC, basin & shower. There’s a cosy living area, overlooking a really nice garden. Wi-Fi is available and is superfast. The location is very handy to public transport for the airport , Malahide & city centre. Swords town centre is a 15 minute walk with great shopping mall with restaurants & cinemas. There are some beautiful beaches & coastline to explore nearby , for leisure time.

The house is a recently refurbished property. The bedroom is a twin room suitable for either single or double occupancy. It is furnished with 2 comfortable beds and a large wardrobe, but it will be rented fully privately to you (unless you choose to rent with a friend). The bathroom has a shower and is en-suite. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances and includes a separate fridge/freezer and ample storage space for the use of guests. A separate living area with its own private entrance and TV (for streaming, etc.), completes the accommodation. Fast broadband is included. There is also off-street parking available. Sharon and John are your hosts, and we share the house with our two small dogs. We enjoy travelling whenever we can and have a love of walking, camping, and socialising with friends. I live alone now in a 3 bedroomed cottage, overlooking Dublin Port. Dublin city centre is a short bus ride or even a nice walk away. It is 3.5 Km to Trinity College. 12 mins by car or 40 mins walk. There is also a frequent bus. There is a big park behind with lots of sports facilities. Sandymount beach is close by too. I have a spare room downstairs with a double bed, next to the kitchen, with an ensuite and shower. No meals included but use of Kitchen. Deposit of €300 to be paid up front to secure dates, after booking we can arrange this. This will come off first month then balance to be paid on arrival. Cancellation a month or more deposit refunded. Cancellation less than month deposit not refunded.

Toiletries are provided, as well as fresh towels and you can start your morning with a cup of tea or coffee in a large kitchen dining room overlooking sunny rear garden. The bus stop to Dublin city centre is just 5 minutes away. (A late night bus from City centre runs on Friday and Saturday nights until 3am). Blancharstown Shopping centre is near which offers a unique shopping & leisure experience, home to over 180 stores, 3 Retail Parks and there are over 25 restaurants and coffee shops including Nando's, Captain Americas, Milano, Wagamama, Eddie Rockets, McDonalds, KFC, Burger King and an Odeon cinema complex with its very own ISense theatre. Airport is only 20 minutes by car and a car park space in front of the house is available.

Comfortable 3 bedroom home close to DCU with excellent transport links to the city centre. I live alone and like to keep a laid back home where guests can can kick back and relax in the evenings as if they were at home. It is only suitable for people who have somewhere else to be Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm, it is not available for home office or study during the week. I am not interested in offering long term rental, longest booking will be no more than 6 months.

We, Conor and Clare, like to welcome people into our home. It’s a cosy home in the suburbs of Dublin, close to the airport, close to the sea and on a great bus route to the city! We have a puppy called Luca. *Arrival time is usually in the evening or at least after 3pm. Payment MUST be made in full on arrival for the number of nights you are staying. *On day of departure Checkout is by 10am to allow us to prepare the rooms for future guests.
