The only defenite thing that makes me a bad roommate is that I hate dishes. I keep my area relatively tidy.

Toronto Danforth Homestay is conveniently located only a 4m walk away from Woodbine Subway Station with only a 20 minute subway ride to downtown. The neighbourhood is very safe and family-friendly with lots of cafés, restaurants and parks nearby. We are close to "Greektown," "The Beaches" and "Little India" neighbourhoods. The house is modern with a full kitchen. The “Blue Room" has a pull out sofa bed, large window, and mirror closet. The spacious “Main Bedroom” ($150 more per month) features a queen bed, large mirror closet, desk, book cases, side tables and window opening on to front yard. I live on site in the basement suite and my son sometimes sleeps over.

I think I’d be a great roommate because I’m respectful, clean, and easy to get along with. I value personal space, but I’m also social and enjoy spending time with the people I live with. I’m good about keeping shared spaces tidy and contributing to household responsibilities. I also communicate openly, so if something ever comes up, I’d be the type to talk it out in a calm way. Overall, I’d want to make the place feel comfortable and positive for both of us.
