Choose between eight room types at this Residence. All studios include a kitchen, ensuite bathroom, study space and storage space.

We live in a modern detached house on the outskirts of Dunfermline, a town in East Fife. We are a 32-minute train ride from Edinburgh and the train station is walking distance from my house. The nearest beautiful beach is 12 minutes by car. We let three bedrooms to guests. Limited laundry facilities available and only on sunny or windy days as your clothes would be partially dried outside and then tumble dried. £7 per load. Only for guests staying three days or more. There is a shared bathroom which has a shower over the bath. If there is nobody in the other rooms you will have your own bathroom. Normally the full balance must be paid no later than five days before arrival. (unless it is a last minute booking!) I will send you a private message for a secure way of doing this. Thank you. Please note shoes should not be worn upstairs. We leave our shoes downstairs when we come in so please bring slippers or bedroom socks or I can lend you bedroom socks. ***no smoking ***No breakfast provided but there is a dining room with a fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave, dishes and cutlery. No use of kitchen. Leave dishes etc on the table for me to clear up. There is a TV, free high-speed wifi, use of a hairdryer, toiletries and towels

This is a family house, we are looking for students or professionals, we welcome international students from all countries. I occupy the house, which has two floors. The room is located within a residential detached house, it is located on first floor. Tenants have access to back garden, The property has 6 rooms and 5 bedrooms. A dining room has a seating area which can be used to relax in. The room already contains furniture and a bed as well as a desk to work on. Bills are included within the price. We have bathrooms/Toilets available in the property which helps with morning rush.

Ideally for those who mainly need a lovely, modern, clean and quiet place to relax in the evenings as I work from home during the day and access to the kitchen is limited. Living room is private for the host use only.

There is lovely scenic walks nearby to Cramond Village, Corstorphine Hill, and Cammo Estate Dalmeny estate - rivers, beaches, hills and fields. We’re keen to share how to get around (very easy), places of interest (local as well as further afield), there’s so much to do and see in this beautiful city and the rest of Scotland. I've been awarded the 'Good to Go' Scotland certificate. Whilst you can use the kitchen facilities - there are many many fabulous restaurants, pubs and coffee shops with fantastic food (catering for all pockets) - that you might want to try too. I’m currently working from house 5 days a week so am house most of the time. We have a happy home, which we look after. The house is kept clean and tidy at all times - Well maybe not so much my sons room (haha), but all other areas. We live on the 37 bus route which takes you into Edinburgh. Edinburgh is around 7 miles away from Loanhead and £1.80 per trip. My children are well behaved kids, with good manners and both enjoy "talking" and getting to know people.

Hello. I have created a lovely home and enjoy welcoming people from all over the world. My apartment is situated near beautiful Pentland hills which you can admire from the sunny seated balcony. There is a bus stop close by where there are frequent buses that only take 15-20 minutes to the beautiful cultural centre of Edinburgh. The room is a bright double bedroom which has a desk for study and a built in wardrobe, there is a shared bathroom/shower and toilet, a large attractive modern open plan kitchen dinning/living room with computer area and there is a patio door to the balcony. I Have a private garden also where like to garden and have barbecues weather permitting. There is also plenty space for keep your bicycles or you can borrow mine for a small fee. I work full time gardening.
