Hi, I'm a second year college student(F, 21) and I'm looking for a female roommate, preferably a student, to share a condo in a quiet and welcoming community.
158 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB (T5Z 3B1).
💰Rent:
$800/month per person. Utilities Included: Heat, Water, Electricity, Internet & Parking.
Please note: Rent may increase by approximately $75–$100/month if the current owners sell the condo and the new owners adjust the rental rate.

The condo is home to two friendly cats (Max & Gandalf) and an aquarium with fish. Pets are welcome in the building, but unfortunately no additional pets can be accommodated, as we are already at the condo's pet limit.
