Excellent Mountain View’s of the white tank mountains in the backyard. Newly built home about 6 months new. Away from the city , however, the I-10 freeway is about 1.5 miles away, gas is also 1.4 miles away, and Walmart as well as Sundance plaza is approximately 5 miles. There is also other guests living in the house including me.

Our home has easy access to the freeway 20 mins from the airport 15 min from downtown and 15 mins from State Farm stadium in Glendale clean quiet home with access to washer dryer kitchen and backyard.
