Washer and Dryer is in a separate common area of basement. Private side entrance faces the morning sun with pleasant backyard that leads to nature trail on Pohick Stream. Fios high speed internet and TV included. Basement doors have privacy locks going to bedroom 14 x 12, kitchen 10 x 12 and 3 x 8 bathroom with shower totaling about 300 square feet.
