One is $850/month – Private room + private bath and the other is $800/month – Private room + shared bath. The monthly total includes rent, all utilities, in-unit laundry, wifi, parking & furnished common areas. The fees are $300 move-out fee and security deposit same as the rental price. There are nearby bus routes if you don’t drive the closest one we have is a 3 minute walk. Publix, Target, and other essentials are 5 minutes away by car. It's directly across from FSU campus, a 12 minute walk. It’s also a 9 minute drive to both FAMU and TCC. No pets & no smoking.
