Easygoing 36 year old, black, lesbian woman looking for a roommate. I have 2 dogs. Both are a year old. Once per month I provide respite care for a high functioning adult with developmental delays. She will be there from around 6pm Friday to 2pm Sunday. She will not hinder/interfere with you in any way. The rent price of 600 dollars is all inclusive. I lowered the price of rent because of the client I care for once per month. I feel I should pay more for her being there.
