I get social security disability for life and its a little more than $1,200/month and I also got a lawsuit pending and have court May 7th 2025 for an offer. That will be any were from $15,000 - $30,000. So I will be fine for a while. I am also in the process of getting a job. I am disabled right now and have a boot on my right foot because of Plantar Facsia (I don't know how to spell it). But hope that helps... We are a male/female couple in our 40s looking to rent a room while we save for a home. We have 2 cats (spayed, always use litterbox). We lost our apartment when we were in the hospital after an accident, and would like to save more quickly than we would at a hotel. We are trying to quit smoking so would prefer an "outside smoking only", but are open to homes that smoke. My husband is a maintenance manager, I sell crafts. My husband is certified in electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, but also does plumbing and appliance repair on the side. He can fix anything that is home related. We haven't had guests in years, but are fine with others having guests. We're not very picky, as long as we have a room that is all ours to spend our time together.

I have two golden retrievers and a cat. I already have couches and some other furniture. I am going to school for baking a pastry arts but also have experience in the culinary side. I am a Christian and I am a part of a weekly girls bible study group. I am able to be around people with different beliefs than me as long as we can both respect each other.
