I'm Yvers! But you can call me V. I'm looking for a temporary place to stay with my friend/partner for a few months just to get out of the household I'm currently in. In those coming months we are planning on moving out of state but we need somewhere temporary for right now.

I'm a 50 year old single African American man with a large but super chill dog named Marley. I've been working at Scripps Encinitas over 11 years and my job hours are 6A- 2:30P M-F. I typically attend events and or go on hikes Saturdays and relax Sundays and do laundry. Don't party, smoke, or drink and I value quiet so no loud music or loud talking here. Also, my dog doesn't bark and sleeps most of the time. I don't necessarily need full access to the home, I actually have an air fryer and slow cooker so that's how I do my meal prepping. I am looking for a room and bath, preferably a private bath but its fine if its not as long as im not sharing with lots of others. My price range is $1k- $1500 monthly
