There are two rooms available. One has no windows but does have private entrance and ceiling fan. The other has windows and a closet. Either can be furnished. The place is quiet and peaceful. I live here with my mother but I will be the one handling the arrangements, acting as landlord. So I'm a pretty introverted person, so I tend to keep to myself most of the time. I'm clean, respectful, and honest to a fault sometimes. Have 1 cat that just wants affection all the time. I work early morning hours if that matters, I also work with and smoke pot. I'd say I'm pretty chill.

I live in a 3 bed room house with yard very relaxing. I am a Christian. I travel for business and will not be available onsite all the time. You may utilize the home and cook and clean as i am away on business. I live in Peoria which is north of Phoenix AZ about 15-20 minutes from Cardinals football stadium and same going west to spring training baseball parks and south towards downtown Phoenix. My neighbors are very friendly. The neighborhood is very pleasant to live in.
