California is just to expensive to continue to do it on my own and try and raise my kids

I unfortunately have to move out of my wonderful apartment and am trying to help my lovely roommates find someone new to live with. I am very happy to help facilitate a meeting, answer any questions, and make sure things go as smoothly as possible.

I'm a 27 year old guy that keeps to myself most of the time and work M-F as an auto technician for emergency vehicles. I like to keep my area clean and organized and hope the same can be said with whoever I move in with. I also have 2 cats that are well behaved. I'm in a position where my roommates are getting out of hand with being messy and unorganized... I need to move out of there as soon as possible but realistically with a month notice, so if need be I'll put in a deposit

We live upstairs, next to the laundromat they have for residents. It's a good size room were renting out bigger than ours. We don't have a bed in there for the potential new roomate but there are dressers and nightstands in there you can use. We'd share a bathroom. We usually keep to ourselves nothing to exciting.

I spend most of my time working and I'm looking for a friend to help me on rent I need someone who is clean and tidy and pays their rent on time

Busy professional who is very quiet. I prefer someone respectful and communicate openly. I work a hybrid schedule, only cook some on the weekend.

Looking for a couple to move into the primary room on February 1st 2024 in North Highlands in Madison Manor. Would like to find a couple that is open to splitting the rent three ways ($445 per person) water included, deposit is $1000 & pet deposit is $250, application fee is $35 must have good credit 650 or higher. This does go through a property management. I am not the owner and definitely not affiliated in anyways with the property management! (Leu real estate) - LGBTQIA+ friendly household - Primary room has its own bathroom and shower - Large backyard - Decent size kitchen - garage with washer and dryer - fireplace - Pet negotiable (I have one cat, but ok with someone with another pet if it's a good fit) - somewhat furnished place ( couch, chair with ottoman, dining room table, and chairs) - Quiet neighborhood, but close to the freeway I have been living at this place since the summer of 2020, I have gone through a few roommates since and always had positive interactions. Preferably not looking for a couple into the party scene. Rent is month to month but I would prefer someone that would want to live here at least 6 months- year minimum. A little about me..I am a male 34 years old, I work with my dad's landscaping company, I enjoy watching movies, painting, playing guitar, working out, hanging with friends and playing board games occasionally, I'll cook once in a while, and I have an 11 year old cat If you think you are a good fit and interested go ahead and hmu on here! I'd love to start interviewing people to come see the place ASAP! Hope to hear from you!
