Guest are welcome but cannot exceed more than 3 nights in a row or exceed 12 days out of the calendar year. If you are looking for a quiet place to rest after work this is a good match. I love listening to music watching animated shows and YouTube. I'm a very inside person so I will most likely be in the apartment most of the time unless I have work or class.
