This is a bright reasonably sized double room in a Victorian house in quiet north London residential street. Excellent transport links to central London, west end, Camden, airports etc. Hampstead Heath and Highgate very close (5 mins on overground). Zone 2. Wi-fi. Washing machine can be used. Feel free to use the garden and roof terrace. There are 3 of us here, and 4 cats. Bathroom is shared with one other person. You’re welcome to use the kitchen (and clean up after yourself!) - please just check re times for cooking! There’s a dishwasher. There is a fridge you can have for your own use and limited cupboard space.

Hi my name is Julie and my partner is Gary.We live approximately 2.5 miles from the city centre. The bus stop is a five minute walk from our house and the buses run every ten minutes to the city centre and it takes approximately 15 minutes to get in to town by bus. We are close to both Leicester Uni, Demontfort Uni and Leicester City Council. Within a ten minute walk from our house there is a leisure centre with a Gym and a pool, a supermarket, Chemist and various take a ways and restaurants. We are a couple with three children (all of which are now adults) one daughter (age 20) still living at home. Our eldest daughter is married and lives close by with her husband and children and our son lives with his partner here in Leicester. We enjoy socialising with friends and family and enjoy getting involved in the many diverse festivals and events that Leicester has to offer. I work for the NHS as a safeguarding trainer. Gary is a landscape architect. Gary is a keen artist and enjoys spending his spare time painting and drawing and he is also a keen musician and plays guitar and sings. I enjoy good food and like to try cooking foods from different nationalities. I also enjoy art, cycling and walking. We have a property in France that we try to visit as often as possible. We have single room available for homestay guests, it is small but very comfortable and cosy. Our current listing is for bed only however for breakfast guests are welcome to help themselves to tea/coffee, cereal, milk and fresh fruit. Guests are free to use our kitchen to prepare their own meals and some fridge and freezer space will be provided. We are a relaxed and easy going family who love meeting new people and having new experiences. We host guests both via this website and via a student placement scheme with Leicester University.We have hosted students from Japan, France, Germany, Taiwan, Italy, Panama, Korea, China and England and have had some lovely experiences and made some life long friends.

Description of your house and surrounding area: Built in the 1990’s in a sought after area, we have a semi-detached 6 bedroom house (4 double bed two ensuite and 2 single bed), kitchen with separate dining room, Bathroom with bath tub and shower plus separate guest toilet. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to bus/tram stops and about 15 minutes walk to the train station. The Trafford centre complex is located nearby (approx 15 min walk) and is close to the Bridgewater canal where the first rotating aqueduct in the world is still being used. close to (3 Minutes in the car ) junction 11 M60 leading all other Motorways access. (M60, M62,M602,M6). Things to do in the area. Trafford Centre tourist attractions cinema, shops, multinationals restaurants, bars, amusement and free parking all day. Within 10-15 minutes walk to Eccles town Centre, Fit city, library GP surgery’s, dentist, B&Q DIY shop, also walking distance supermarkets i.e. Asda, Morrisons, Tesco. Close to Salford Royal hospital.

Modern large detached comfortable home close to Birmingham City Centre. close to very fast bus links (15mins) to the City Centre. Rooms are bright spacious and have internet access and are furnished. There is also parking available. House is shared with parent and 3 adult children who are sociable and lively. We have had students for many years so we are accustomed to having other people about, we're quite a sociable household. We speak a variety of languages, English, French, Italian, German & Spanish and look for opportunities to expand our vocabulary and share cultural experiences. Our home has 6 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms a double aspect lounge which looks out onto the back of Victoria park and the allotments. We have a variety of instruments so if you play perhaps we can have a jam session! There is a spacious kitchen and guests have their own cupboard and fridge. We don't have a whole lot of rules in our house but the one which is of great importance to us to that we have to laugh as a family every day and we'd like to share that with you!

Double bedrooms available in a great residential location in central Hove (near Brighton). At the moment just one room is available. The large room with the bay window. Pleasant 10 minute walk to Hove beach. Close to buses and trains with easy access to Brighton. Shopping street is just around the corner. - There are 2 rooms available. Both are double rooms with a double bed, space for clothes, desk, office chair and fast Wifi. I prefer longer stays - anything from a few weeks to several months. - I live in the house with my dog, and there is often one other guest. It is a friendly easygoing household. You'll need to like dogs as he is a large dog who will bark when you arrive. - The bathroom and kitchen are shared with me and the other guest. You will have space in the fridge and cupboard and full use of the kitchen. There is a washing machine and dishwasher available. Hairdryer, iron and other amenities are available as required. - There is a small rear patio garden which you can use. Smoking is allowed in the garden only. - There are many language schools locally. - Bus routes are good and nearby with a frequent service to all parts of town. Central Brighton is a short bus or train ride away or you could comfortably walk it. There are 2 train stations nearby. I live in a quiet cul de sac within a nice quiet village 20 minutes on the bus from York. Monks Cross shopping park and Vanguard shopping center are close by as is the park and ride bus service. I have a large kitchen looking onto the garden . 3 double bedrooms.Parking is on street. There is a lovely pub in the village which also offers home cooked food. The bus service is very good every 15 minutes. York is a small historic city with lots of museums restuarants and coffee shops please go and explore . It also has a big student population . I like reading , movies and gardening. I also like shopping. I do not host any one under the age of 18 unless with a parent or guardian check in 4pm check out 10 am

We live on a quiet road in North London near to the Zone 2 Archway tube station. The double rooms are all large. Cereal, toast and tea or coffee is provided as a light breakfast. There are restaurants, fast food takeaways and shops in the area Parking is available on the road but there is a two hour restriction, Monday to Friday between 10.00 am and 12.00 noon. During the restricted parking period there is metered parking in the area Guests should note that this is only bed and breakfast accommodation and no kitchen, cooking, microwave, electric kettle or laundry facilities are available to guests. This suits the vast majority of our guests who are tourists visiting London for a short stay. Please note that if you want the comprehensive facilities of a more expensive self-contained flat this accommodation is not for you.

Just me and my husband we work full time we have a large single room with shared bathroom tea and coffee in the room plus 32 inch tv with netflix and Internet also a microwave in the room the local bus stop is 1 minute away which can take you to Gt Yarmouth Lowestoft and Norwich we also have a local shop which is 5 mins walk 6 mins away from local hospital so ideal if working there we do except workers and we are in Gorleston we have a high St with wetherspoons and other bars near a local chip shop and takeaways

En-suite toilet and shower. Private entrance. There is no washing machine but there is a launderette nearby at Preston Circus. Fiveways is close by with supermarket, shops and cafes. It is a quiet neighborhood with good public transport - buses and train stations within walking distance. Parks nearby. Full payment by bankers draft before or on the day of arrival please.
