You have your own bathroom (updated in 2020) so the whole of the top floor is for your sole use. You also have access to the shared kitchen/diner and garden/patio with seating. A spotlessly clean home that was decorated and new carpets fitted in 2019, with a new landscaped garden in 2023. Good for business travellers, couples and solo adventurers. Stays can be paid for on arrival in cash or by bank transfer / PayPal (guest to pay any fees).

Our home has just been re-decorated throughout including all the bedrooms (new beds, mattress, bed linen) to a high standard. We have a large kitchen/dinning area, we have a lovely natural stone bathroom/shower & toilet room for guests only, ( family have own bathroom ). We also have Free Wi Fi (latest BT fibre hybrid halo 3+ )available in all rooms. Continental breakfast included with the room price. Laundry facilities provided only for guests staying one week and longer. We have plenty of good restaurant's near by & there is a beautiful park just over the road from us. My large family have flown the nest, but we would like to share our hospitality with you.

Taxi's are cheap, around £5 for a 5 mins drive to Luton train station (can get into Central London in just over 20 mins) or around £8-£10 to get to and from London Luton Airport. Guest will be given information on how to get to and from London Luton Airport as well as Central London. Details of local attractions as Luton Hoo, Barton Hills, Dunstable Downs, St Albans, Woburn Safari Park and Whipsnade Zoo Payment due on arrival.

These rooms are located in a nice little town of Luton 30 minutes away from central London. It is served by Luton Airport and Heathrow is only 45 minutes away.

I live in East London shops and public transport near to a forest too. Been a host for 8 yrs now and enjoy hosting foreign students around the world, t Thank you with breakfast. The transport is excellent the underground and overground too provide a excellent service to the centre of London ......I provide breakfast only....in clouded in the price.....should you wish packed lunch or evening meal this would be extra and can be arranged during your stay.very flexible on price if you enquire we can do a deal !!
